Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales of services through this website or otherwise are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase. The following terms apply to refunds, cancellations, and terminations:
1. Prepaid Services: Payments for services not yet commenced may be refundable at Sharper Edge Bookkeeping’s sole discretion, less any administrative fees or non-refundable deposits as specified in the applicable invoice or engagement terms.
2. Services In Progress: No refunds will be issued for services where work has commenced, including but not limited to time expended, third-party costs incurred, or deliverables partially completed.
3. Cancellation by Client: Client-initiated cancellations after service commencement may result in liability for all fees through the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable expenses.
4. Cancellation by Sharper Edge Bookkeeping: Sharper Edge Bookkeeping reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or other material violations, with pro-rata refunds issued for prepaid, unperformed services where applicable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to matt@sharperedgewf.com within thirty (30) days of the original transaction.
Client Services Agreement Summary

• Termination: Notice periods, final billing, and transition assistance.
• Limitation of Liability: Caps on damages and exclusions of consequential losses.
• Governing Law: Application of North Carolina law.
